Not What I Expected

The lipstick I received will not work for me. For some reason when I put it on it hardly shows up with any color on my lips. Just a very very faint color and lots of gloss and tingle on my lips. i couldn't figure out how to operate the casing either--wouldn't move the lipstick up or down. Wouldn't turn. I'm sure there's an easy way to do this but there were no instructions with the purchase. Thís is the first time I've purchased anything form Tarte that didn't work for me. I love the other products I've tried.

Excellent even for dry lips

I have very dry lips and plumpers usually dry them out and make them really uncomfortable. Not this one! It feel so great and I think the applicator is fun!
