It takes very long to

It takes very long to style my hair with this product. I return it over a week ago and I still have not received a refund for it.

I wish the brush was

I wish the brush was replaceable. I had this before, and the brush just wore out. The blow dryer itself was working just fine, but I had to buy a new one, because the brush part needed to be replaced. I know you now have a new blow dryer with attachments, but when I called, they said you can’t buy replacements so when the brush wears out, you have to buy a whole new unit. That’s something you should consider doing as I don’t know if I would buy a whole new unit again just because it needs a new brush even though I do like how it works. For that reason, I am not giving you five stars.

I really like the dryer

I really like the dryer brush. It leaves my hair smooth and shiny. I gave it a 4 because the product broke Two weeks after I got it. Then it took a month to get a new one. Now I only have two month warranty. Doesn't seem right

Bigger than expected but getting

Bigger than expected but getting used to it. Dries quickly so it reduces the amount of time I spend styling my hair. I would recommend.

This item is a great

This item is a great blow dryer, but unfortunately the size of brush just too large for my needs. I need same blow dryer with a smaller brush - which is not available. I will need to return and watch for a smaller one offered in the future.

Do glad you honored the warranty. I love the dry bar! So happy when I got the replacement when it stopped working!

The bristles on the brush

The bristles on the brush have become ugly, some have shrunk and others have fallen off. It may be because of the heat, but it's not what was expected and for the price it cost, it's a disappointment! It wasn't what was expected!

I have shoulder length hair

I have shoulder length hair so I love this single shot size. I have all sizes of this and use them all but this gives a bit more curl. The only negative is that it can repeatedly turn down or off while holding it and that doesn’t happen on the larger models. This may be due to my hand on the smaller handle or maybe where the on/off area is located. Overall I love using this and it’s great for travel since it’s lighter.

Best styling tool ever as

Best styling tool ever as long as it doesn't short out. The company has been good about replacements.

I think it makes my

I think it makes my hair very flat and takes the body out of my fine hair as opposed to using a brush and a blow dryer.

Died in under a year

I like the brush itself but it burned out in less than a year. To their credit, they have a 2-year warranty and I received a new one. So will this one last less than a year also? We will see. If it dies, then I will change brands next time.
