Fragrance Tolerance

It’s a peculiar soapy fragrance. This would be fine if it weren’t extremely strong. I’m not over exaggerating when I say that once you light it, any space of any size will smell like this candle for a good couple of days. Kind of headache-y

The smell was okay. But it is so overly strong it’s unusable.

I love it but not your typical beach scent

So I’ve had this candle for a WHILE. It has a very strong scent, so I would only let this light in a closed off room for like 1.5 hours tops. It is marketed as a beachy scent, but it doesn’t really smell beachy. I LOVE the scent but it is more perfume than airy fresh coastal scent. Obviously, that isn’t what Replica candles are though, so I understand. (It’s not supposed to smell like the beach it’s supposed to capture the overall essence of beaches if that makes sense) But I would definitely try to smell this in person before buying.

I love Maison Margiela but this candle is so strong that it gave me a headache and made my eyes water. It doesn’t really smell like the fragrance either to me. I burned it in my living room which is a fairly large space and it was so overpowering

scent is good but overpowering

The scent is very fresh, I use it in my bathroom and it smells great and clean, but it's VERY overpowering. Same thing happened with "Whispers in the library" candle. The scent is good but WAY too strong, like headache inducing, eyes watering, all of that. Maybe if you have a huge house than you can place far away? I don't know, I prefer candles that are more faint and have a more elegant throw. It lingers quite a bit after, so I guess it depends on your preference. For the bathroom is fine, but only there.

not like the perfume exactly

I love the bubble bath fragrance but it doesn't translate well into the candle. This makes me nauseous. Not a safe blind buy imo

Way too strong!! I love this perfume and thought I’d like the candle too. Not the case. It’s as strong as the perfume like someone spilled a bottle in the room, and I didn’t even light it…returned asap

does NOT smell beachy

So confused… I’ve burned half of this. It smells NOTHING like a beach scent. My family agrees. I would describe it as old fashioned perfume?!

Beachy Vibes For Sure

Oh my gosh, my office smells amazing and I haven't even lit this candle yet! The scent is exactly like the fragrance, which is my all-time favorite. Very clean and beachy and uplifting -- love it!! I want to try them all now...

Nice scent but burns too fast

Really really love the scent. I lighted it in the living room, and I can smell it all the way from the kitchen. The downside is it burns really fast, faster than i expected, I don't think it burns for 30 hours. With the price of this candle and the burn time, not sure if I will repurchase again.

Just amazing

This candle it’s just amazing, espectacular, the best scents that I never have. I have been used different candles and I never find anything like this, it’s a very elegant fragrance, but at the same time it’s sutil and beachy, it’s a fragrance that you never forget.

Worth it

This candle burns wonderful and has a robust scent all the way to the bottom..this is my second one..compare these candles to jo malone, nest, or diptique and by far the Replica candles are worth the price..the scent is exactly like the fragrance in the bottles also..actually more fragrant the candle is than the fragrance itself for longevity...highly recommend these candles
