Gives good length

I like the way the Gucci mascara looks on my lashes. There’s a good amount of length. The only thing is the brush applies the mascara clumpy on certain sides.

Nice packaging, a bit clumpy

The tube feels very luxe, has good weight to it, what I would expect from a Gucci makeup product. However, the mascara ended up being quite clumpy on application, I don’t know if maybe it’s too new and I need to wait for it to dry out a bit? But I just couldn’t get any separation of my lashes and the whole thing was a bit goopy. I’ll still use it and it’s still workable, I just think it doesn’t stand up to the drugstore mascaras I’ve used.

Not a fan

This isn’t a great product. Not only does it stay wet for an ungodly amount of time it sits very heavily on my eyelashes when it does dry. I am overall not impressed at all. I received this product through influenster for free.

Super mascara mais onéreux.

Thick, clumpy lashes with no staying power

Note: I tried this as a program that provided the product to me for free. This mascara does not have much information available (currently) about what looks it id supposed to enhance, nor how to use it. I also tend to tune into the ingredient list, as I typically opt for cleaner versions, but that was not included with the shipped product. I also don’t know the price point, as this was not in the market at time of it being used, so I cannot speak to value as well. All this being said, I used the product as I normally would for my other mascaras. Upon opening the packaging and glancing at the wand, there are several sets of curved combs on the end of the brush, rather than bristles as other many mascaras might have. When I opened and pulled out the wand, an extremely large amount of product remained on the end that if I attempted to apply it right out of the tube it would have just been giant clumps of the product that I was swiping with. I took the end and wiped it at the end of the tube to make this more manageable (see pic). However, even with this step, the end result of application to my lashes was significant clumping much more than I was okay with on my lashes. Think “Tammy Faye Baker” or “Tarantula Lashes”. I had to take off all of my makeup and start all over again the first time I used it. Since then, I have attempted to use the product at least 5 times in various weather conditions - now knowing how much I need to push off of the combs before applying- and the end results are just “okay”. In one of the pictures included (of my eye) I applied two thin coats on my lashes that you can see. The results are fine- thicker and more globby than I normally go for, but certainly okay to wear around the day. Unfortunately, the product does not stay well. There is a significant amount of flaking just 6-8 hours after application. Since I am a busy, working mom I don’t have time to continuously check and touch up my makeup constantly throughout the day and therefore I always end up with a lot of product under my eyes later (see pic where I am pointing to flaking after 6 hours of wear). Incidentally, I usually wear glasses so I don’t tend to swipe at my eyes throughout the day. On the most two most recent occasions, this flaking has caused some eye irritation when trying to take off my makeup at night with makeup remover plus a double cleanse routine. Personally, I would not spend money to buy this product, unfortunately. If you were looking for a dramatic, thick-lashed look for a short time (like for picture, a short event, etc) this may work for those situations (possibly).

Expected more

For a luxury brand I honestly expected more. It was clumpy. You really need to wipe the brush before applying or it’s going to go on thick and not the volume way. Once you go through additional steps it’s nice but I shouldn’t have to grab a second brush to separate the clumps from high end brands

Liquidy Texture but Nice Dry Down

I think the packaging and application is beautiful and very simple and chic. One of my main qualms with any mascara is a wetter formula and I found when using this the dry down was longer than I typically prefer. The formula was quite liquidy and therefore clumped a bit on my lashes. The result was nice and separated but it did take a bit of time to get my lashes to set properly because of the consistency. Not my favorite product I’ve used but would continue trying

Not the formula for me

*I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review* For a luxury brand product I felt like this missed the mark. I liked the applicator style but no matter how little I applied it always made my lashes look clumpy/weird. I tried to wipe almost all product off the applicator and only use a tiny bit to see if that fixed the clumping but that was also ineffective. I have pretty long lashes naturally so I look for a mascara that separates my lashes well and adds volume and this failed to do either. It actually made my lashes appear shorter. The formula also took a bit to dry and would transfer above my eyes until it dried. The packaging is very aesthetically pleasing! Not really impressed with this formula based on the clumping issues and definitely doesn’t compare to my favorite mascara that is at a lower price point.

Thick, curled lashes but it flakes!

I received this mascara from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. The packaging is so pretty and luxurious feeling. The wand was slender and rubberized with short spikes that deliver the mascara generously. I did not use any lash curlers, and there was a noticeable curling and lift to my lashes. It was difficult to keep my lashes from clumping together during application. After application, I was pleased to see my lashes looked thick, long, and curled, albeit a bit clumpy. What made this mascara a pass for me is that it did begin to flake throughout the day, and as a glasses wearer, there were black flakes all over my lenses. Additionally, it did rub off on my under eyes. It was almost a hit, but for the price point, I would not re-buy.

Just ok

I had really high expectations for this item since I love their shine lipstick, but this is not my fave. When applied it left me a lot of clumps. It was very wet and smeared all over with the slightest touch. After applying I had to use my own disposable mascara wands to separate and correct. Eyelashes did not appear thicker after applying but did provide length. I don’t know if I would buy again for the price. Maybe it works for others but I didn’t love.
