J’adore les rouges de Clarins depuis toujours, beau choix de couleurs.

Probably my last purchase.

The color, and luxe packaging are lovely. However, the lippie I received is quite firm and waxy. The pressure required to transfer the color onto my lips has caused the lipstick bullet to crack or shift in the case. I will keep it, and continue to use it, but I’m not sure I will continue purchasing Clarins products. The quality control, the lack of in-stock product, and the constant discontinuation of beloved products has soured my opinion of the brand.

Beautiful, soft, and moisturizing lip colour. I always get so many compliments when I wear Joli Rouge :)

Jolie Lipsticks

So pleased with the 2 lipsticks I ordered. Sometimes colour unseen is a big hit or miss with me but both were a big hit!

I really want a neutral cool nude

789 mocha nude is the closest I could find but it still pulls orange on my light medium olive skin. The formula is quite nice, not at all drying and has a nice sheen.

Bring Back The Original Simple Gold Case for this!

I thought the only change Clarins made recently was my all time favorite Orange Exfoliating Cleanser, but no. You removed all of my favorite items I have bought for years and increased prices too. I used to Love my Joli Rouge Brilliant lipstick in the simple Gold Case. Now it has to be all about “sustainability” which runs all marketing campaigns currently. If one isn’t a fan we aren’t seen as earth friendly just because I will terribly miss that simple lovely gold case for this lipstick. When I clicked on lipsticks I was met with literally a dizzying display of musical cases which are extra cost. The white and red cases with Clarins all over the base it too much and gaudy. Simplicity can be so reassuring. I also lost my night and day cream and toner too. Poof. Gone. Very disappointing. I left previous comments and was left with a message that Clarins is very proud of the new products and have I tried them? I don’t have that much money to try all of these things and there are no stores near me that have them to try on. Your products are some of the best but these sudden changes to favorites feels inconsiderate to me as a loyal customer. If they haven’t changed the formula of this new Joli Rouge lipstick, I did love the rich color and how moisturizing it felt but the name is no longer (Brilliant) and it feels complicated with these cases to buy. I really loved that simple old gold case. It was beautiful, really? Why dump a great thing?
