Decent product

I used it for 3 months and my friends could already see the difference. Lot of people complain about the use of the ampoules when its soo easy. You just have to push the bottom of the ampoule in order for the liquid to come out without any hassle 😅

Amazing hair treatment

Excellent product … it was a bit difficult to extract the product from the package, but I sorted it out

Hopeful for results but hard to use ampoules.

Have used this product twice before. In the fifth week of using it again. Am hopeful it helps with hair loss and not just breakage. The ampoules are so very hard to use though. Please Kerasrase, reconsider this packaging. It is almost impossible to get the product out at times. It is expensive and I don’t want to waste a drop.

Hard on wrists/hands to use

If you have issues with your wrists or hands like arthritis don’t buy these. You have to squeeze them extremely hard and it’s not practical.

Great ampules

Didn’t recieve the ampules. Just testers.irritating

Educate yourself first; it’s amazing

Sadly everyone who is reviewing this, likely didn’t have the proper education to apply and use this product. If they had, they would of been all 5 stars, it is the real deal when used correctly

I do hoped for more

I am a regular customer of kerastase products as they exceed most others available. However the disappointment of this product is beyond words. I struggled to get the lid off had two people attempt it. Then to try get the minuscule amount of liquid out of these bottles and it not spreading through my hair. My suggestion is to change this packaging. To charge $80 for 10 then recommended to buy anout 5 it will not be happening and now I feel like I’ve waisted money.

Ampules

These things are so hard to use , I haven’t got enough time in the day to get product out of the ampule. Won’t buy them again

Frustrating to use

While I can't speak about the efficacy of this product since I have only used is 1.5 times, I can say that I would not recommend this product given the packaging. The packaging is designed to release only a drop at a time while you have your finger on the bottom of the ampoule. The first time I used it, it took me 20 minutes to use the entire ampoule. The second time I used it, I only had the patience to use half of it because I was short on time. It doesn't matter how hard you push the bottom, it is designed to only release a drop of the product. I also tried cutting the tip off with scissors but it didn't make the product any easier (quicker) to apply.

The ampoule is ridiculously challenging to apply the drops. It's not designed to easily maneuver and is frustrating. If you have nails? Forget about it!
