Afterglow Shine Lipstick

Color not as pictured

On my screen, Voyeur looks like a pale orange brown, which is what I wanted. I just received the lipstick, and the actual color is a nude.

Nice but pricy for what it is compared to others like it

Price isn't great, color is nice, but not what I thought it would be.

Great product, inaccurate shades

The product goes on well and has a nice sheen. However, should have listened to the reviews. Product does not match shade on the website or packaging. I've seen responses to reviews saying color may look different on different skin tones, but this isn't the case. You can see the color of the lipstick is completely different than what is represented. Devotion was by far the most off. The actual product definitely skews more brown/brick than mauve. Not even the same range. It's almost as if there was a production run that got messed up. I also bought dolce vita and turned on. Those two were slightly off, but not nearly as bad. Disappointed because I was really excited about devotion.

I love the product but color not even close

I purchased devotion which was supposed to be a subtle mauve, it was a terra cotta. I love the way it feels and wears but I'm afraid to order another color.

Color very different than pictured

I was so disappointed when I tried on my new lipstick, Dolce Vita. It was a dark color! Not even close to the pictured item. Will be returning....

Color

I purchased the color devotion, wanted a pink like it is advertised, im sorry to say it is brown. Not a spot of pink in this. Very disappointed.

The lid doesn't stay secure, which is a problem.

I love the color, however the lid does not stay closed, which means the lipstick is exposed.

Not recommended

Don't like it. Color is not great. after applied, it gradually forms a white substance between the inner and outer part of the lip. There are other more affordable lip products I own don't have such problem.

Feels good but doesn't last

It feels like lip balm and it gives a hint of color. So that makes it okay. But it lasts 30 seconds. One sip of coffee, and it's gone.

Super Moisturising But.....

Love the smooth texture and moisture it provides. Colour, 201 Voyeur is true to online photographs. The staying power is minimal even with lip primer, hence the 4 Star product rating. You'll love this.....I just ordered another one in colour 208 Devotion, lol ! Guess I do like the Afterglow Sensual Shine Lipstick even if it means multiple applications throughout the day after all ~

Gritty

I just received my purchase in the mail and I tried it on straight away. I am so disappointed with it. It has an extremely gritty texture, it feels like sand on my lips. I noticed that someone else had mentioned the texture in one of their reviews. I don't know if I got a bad batch as the sample I tested in the store felt different.
