Not “tubing” - smears when washing off

I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what but this is not a tubing mascara. I tried to rub it off with water like I do my other tubing mascara and it just smeared all over. It did look good while on but didn’t wash off well.

I love this mascara normally. The last one I bought did not have not enough product.. It was extremely dry when trying to apply it to my eyelashes as if it was old.

I have shorter, straight lashes...boo! This mascara really helps my eyes stand out. Can flake a bit by the end of the day, but very minor. Worth it to have long, thick lashes.
