This is for sure your setting powder if you are looking for a smooth finish over your foundation, setting it, and controlling shine. Also it gives you this air brushed look. I have the translucent and does not add any white ghosty residues on the face. I apply it with makeup sponge where desired, wait for 3 minutes then brush it with powder brush and the result is amazing. Strongly recommended.

5* The Best On The Market!

I have been using this powder for years. The odd time that it has been out of stock I have resorted to buying other high end and very well known brands. I am always disappointed. The Lancome Long Time No Shine is the only true translucent. It has no colour at all. All the others either have a yellow or pink tone and can look chalky, settling into lines or pores. This gives the most lovely weightless finish……You never look as though you are wearing powder. A gorgeous finish to your make up. I could never be without it. My only criticism is the dispenser - I do with it was possible to remove the plastic insert lid totally.

I've been using it for a year, and it still hasn't run out! Works very well and I love the flawless finish. Very pricey though, so I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives.

yes, buy it!

I was on the fence about this because of how pink it looked and I already have blemish looking skin. I love Lancome so I took a chance and so glad I didn't. It really does go on invisible, I use a brush and this definitely helps keep me matte all day! Its expensive but worth it for my oily skin, way better then all the other hyped up loose powders! Also there is no scent to this that I can tell! The added puff it comes with is also nice, plus it keeps the product in the container before shaking it out!

Great powder for oily T-zone but leaves streaks.

I really like this for my T-Zone, I use it for the oily areas and to bake foundation around my nose area. Make sure to completely sweep it off after setting because it will leave streaks that’s my only issue. This is not better than Laura Mercier in my opinion.

I LOVE this. It has a pinker tone to it which I love and was looking for. I use a puff blender. I’ve used it just to help matt spots during the day, but also to set foundation. I have combo dry and oily skin and this works so well.

A lifesaver for oily skin

This is a must-have for oily or oily-combination skin. I have tried other finishing powders but I always had oil breakthrough by mid-day, meaning I had to blot my T-zone and re-apply powder. Not with this one, though. I apply my foundation in the morning, apply Long Time No Shine over it, and my makeup stays put all day long. I especially like it in the summer when the high heat and humidity make my oily T-zone even oilier than usual. Terrific product!

Love it

Without it, I have the feeling that my makeup is incomplete. Gives a great velvet finish. The skin is pleasantly matte without looking floury, the pores are less visible and the makeup remains flawless throughout the day. Another big plus is that it doesn't change the colour of the foundation in any way. It is definitely my favourite product that I would buy again.

I can’t believe how beautiful this powder is on my skin. I’ve got some dry patches on my chin and nose. I haven’t noticed any problems like clinging or breaking down. I hardly notice anything is on my skin. I love it!

It is okay. I have tried numerous setting powders, and this is not that great, sorry. : ( I use this to set my Lancome Teint Idole, and I find it separates throughout the day. I will stick with Laura Mercier. : (

Love this product!! Especially tor summer, I find it help keep the summer shine down and reduces the oily skin look. It’s also make my skin feel super smooth

Beautiful, finely milled powder. However. It doesnt seem to last any longer than others. Likely won't repurchase.
