Zero smudge, all friction burn
The eyeliner part itself is okay - nothing extraordinary, it is extremely soft so you will absolutely break it with even one wrong move. However, the smudging tool (and the overall smudginess/blendability of the pencil) is the real offender here - it is as hard as a rock and does nothing but make your eyelids burn. I have been using this pencil since January in hopes of making it work, but it was all in vain. The smudging tool somehow doesn't smudge a single thing - it does hurt really badly even if I try to smudge the eyeliner very-very lightly, by barely even touching my skin. Same story happens if I apply a tiniest amount of eyeliner and try to smudge it out - nothing. I am not sure if I just somehow received a faulty product, but it just does... nothing. Well, other than give me friction burns I guess. I would strongly advise you to pass this product and look for something else.

The best waterproof eyeliner!!
This eyeliner doesn't budge. I can put it on in the morning and it doesn't smudge down my face within a few hours. it gradually wears off the water line after many hours, but no smudge or raccoon eyes. I love that it's a bold black and extremely easy to apply.
