A GOOD Curler (no travel bag though)

Great curler! I love that it's international so I can take it with me when I travel and that it also automatically turns off after 30 mins. Heats up super quick and gives me fairly long lasting curls. I have pretty thick hair for reference. I will say it doesn't make my hair shiny as my old nume curler did. Also disappointed that it didn't include a travel case of some sort for the price...

I love it!

This curling iron is perfect! I have thick bleached hair and was worried about the one temperature setting. As I usually set my straightener to 400, the curling wand is set to 365. That did have me worried but the set temperature is perfect. You turn it on and let the wand do it’s thing. Its not hot enough to fry your hair, but hot enough to curl my thick Spanish Italian hair. If you are new to curling your hair or an expert, this wand is perfect. I don’t understand the weird looking curl reviews as for me it preforms just like my dry bar curling wand. But allows you to make more custom waves. The only thing is the glove it comes with is kind of odd. It only covers the thumb, pointer, and middle finger. I did keep trying to grab my hair with all my fingers when curling. I would of course recommend using a heat protector, let the curls cool, and use a little bit of oil on your hands to separate the curls. And then use a holding spray. Good luck!!:D

Effortless and flattering beachy curls

I debated getting a curling wand and always used my GHD flat iron to curl my hair, thinking it would suffice. They would always come out way too big and uneven. I finally splurged on the GHD tapered curling wand for my shoulder long hair and I am OBSESSED with the way it makes my hair look and feel. It takes me 10 mins to curl my hair and paired with the Bumble and Bumble Heat primer, my hair is extremely soft and healthy looking. The only thing I’m mad about is the fact that I didn’t get this years earlier. I got it during the family sale event and it was well worth the purchase. Only GHD is allowed to touch my hair, and my hair dresser can’t believe how healthy my hair looks despite styling it almost daily.

Weird looking waves

Pros: The wand is easy to use, heats up quickly, and left my hair so soft. I could tell it wouldn't cause significant heat damage if I used it routinely. Cons: The oval and taper shape of this make the weirdest looking waves. Maybe it's how my hair is cut, but it looked like I slept on curled hair - it wasn't cute, beachy waves just odd irregularly shaped ones. My hair normally holds curl well and (thankfully) these curls were gone by the next day. Will return.

BEYOND AMAZING

I love love love this product! It heats up instantly and makes perfect curls. I received it as a birthday gift and I cannot be happier. You will not regret it.

This is the best product I have bought in a long time!! It’s so easy to use and creates the most beautiful waves that last for days, so I only need to style my hair 1-2 times a week. I so many complements on my hair every time I use this- cannot say enough good things about it!

I love this wand so much.

I love this wand. I’m 30 years old and just learned how to do my hair. My roommate has a wand and taught me. I was using hers so much that I needed to invest in my own. I looked up some reviews online and decided to go with this one. Tbh it changed my life. I feel so beautiful and confident when I style my hair. I look forward to doing my hair in the morning. My hair stays nice all day without hair spray. Since my hair is so fine, it usually doesn’t hold. But this wand it different. The material is soooo gentle on my hair, but the waves stay put all day. I usually work 23 hour days and come home in Aw at how amazing the curls hold. 10/10.

Great Investment

Love this wand! It gives the perfect wave and it can be held in different ways to give different waves so it’s versatile! My hair doesn’t get burnt from heat, but its still hot enough to hold a curl when I use this. I love it!

Don’t buy if you have long hair

This is the most annoying curling iron I have ever used. It is pointless to try curling long hair with this. My hair just kept sliding off which was really frustrating. I will be returning this one.

OBSESSED!!

Creates the softness and bounciest waves!! The only reason I am taking off a star is that you cannot control the temperature and the curls fall out sooner than my cheaper curling iron. I think if the temperature went higher the curls may hold longer. Despite this I am obsessed with it!!!

Only thing that helps me curl my hair

I have countless tools to curl my hair from various brands. This is the only tool that not only keeps my hair wavy throughout the day, but also for a couple of days. My hair is frizzy and thick, for reference. Not quite curly, not straight or wavy either. I’ve had this tool for a couple of years and it is my favorite.

Not Great for Long Hair

I have long hair (goes almost to my hip bone) and would not suggest this for long hair. I have never had any problems curling my hair before with a regular wand but this one is just so hard. I find it really hard to get my hair to stay on the top of the wand because it always slides down to the tip of the wand. I find if I want my hair to stay at the top I literally need to hold it to the barrel. They provide a heat glove but it's honestly not that good and only covers 3 fingers so after attempting to curl my hair with this wand multiple​ times and just burning my hands in the process I have given up. I would seriously not recommend this for people with long hair, its expensive and there are so many other brands on the Sephora website that work so much better. The one plus side that I will say about it is that it heats up in like literally 2 seconds.
