Worth every penny!

I already had an Airwrap that I loved, but decided to give it to my daughter so I could get this one with the new attachments. She loves my old one and I am loving this new one! It is so easy to dry and style my hair quickly, and doesn't cause any damage to it. My hair has been so much healthier since I started using airwrap stylers.

That works

This was a gift from my daughter - I need more guidelines for short cropped hair. There is only a sample for a man - no instructions or videos that match my hair style. Maybe I need a smaller barrel?

Hair drying component is great but the overall curling purpose is poor.

Ummm... maybe they should stick to vacuum cleaners

I have chest length wavy, frizzy hair. I practiced using this product multiple days in a row in an effort to try to learn the proper technique and use it correctly. However, I found that despite all my efforts, it simply would not grab the hair properly. It would maybe grab a couple of hairs, but definitely not a segment of hair. The result was very loose, frizzy waves (even when using lots of product in the hair). I couldn't get it to do anything even remotely resembling the product videos. After many attempts, I gave up trying to get it to wrap the hair, and tried wrapping the hair myself. It still produced very loose, frizzy waves that lost their shape within minutes. I tried it on towel dried hair, I tried it on wet hair, I tried it on dry hair. No luck, I also don't understand how they can claim the product does not cause heat damage. It gets as hot as, if not hotter than, any other curling iron I own. Lastly, maybe the "cool shot" should be renamed "slightly less than burning hot" shot. All of this is just my opinion but it really did not work for me at all.

Barrel won’t “grab” strand of hair

I cannot figure out how to get the barrel to “grab” my hair. The videos don’t explain this. I just tried to book a complimentary in store style appointment and they are booked for months. I’ve watched several videos but you have to read tiny text AND watch the video, and it’s hard to know what’s going on or remember things

Good but not for texture hair and frizz

I’ve had it for 1 month and have styled and used all the attachments. I like the drying method and the round brush. Don’t recommend it for texture frizz prone hair. Style does not last even with professional styling products and giving it a “shot” Of cold air.

All-in-one great hair tool

I received my Dyson Airwrap as a surprise gift and while it took me a minute to figure out how best to use on my hair, I LOVE IT.
